We’re delighted to welcome Mohamed Sijilmassi to ALPHA10X as Group Chief Financial Officer.
Our ambition is to make ALPHA10X one of the category-defining global companies at the intersection of AI and private markets.

He brings a rare mix of finance leadership, risk discipline and deep Gulf relationships. At ADNOC, he was CFO of Navig8, led a $2 billion hybrid financing and supported ADNOC L&S’s IPO. Before that, he was ADNOC’s Group Head of Market and Credit Risk Management, and held roles at Citi and BNP Paribas, where he built the bank’s first Middle East commodity derivatives platform. A former quant and derivatives trader, his career has taken him from Paris, London and New York to Bahrain and Abu Dhabi.
“ALPHA10X is building predictive Decision Intelligence for private markets, helping investors make sharper, more consistent decisions. I’m looking forward to partnering with Robert Marcus to scale the business and build the financial foundations for what comes next. Our ambition is to make ALPHA10X one of the category-defining global companies at the intersection of AI and private markets.” – Mohamed Sijilmassi
Welcome to the team!
ALPHA10X has built the ALPHAcodex — a new class of predictive Decision Intelligence that turns fragmented signals into investment conviction for the institutions that acquire companies, back innovation and allocate capital at scale.
