Senior Product Manager

As a Product Manager at our AI fintech company, reporting directly to the CPO, you will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of our AI-driven financial products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, design, marketing, and customer support to ensure the successful development and launch of products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and market needs. Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the fintech space.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify customer needs, market trends, and potential product improvements.
  • Business Requirements: Define and document detailed business requirements and user stories. Ensure that requirements are clearly communicated to and understood by all stakeholders.
  • Author Specifications: Create detailed product specifications and documentation that outline the product features, functionalities, and technical requirements. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Customer Focus: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization. Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and ensure a user-centric approach.
  • Engage with Customers and Partners: Regularly engage with customers and partners to refine product design and business requirements. Use their feedback to drive continuous product improvement and ensure alignment with market needs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, and customer support teams to create compelling product experiences, go-to-market strategies, and support plans.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance against these metrics. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive product success.
  • Industry Engagement: Attend and participate in key industry conferences, webinars, and events to stay current with industry trends, network with peers, and promote our products and vision.

What we are looking for:

  • MBA or master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech, AI, or technology-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, data science, and software development processes. Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies to inform product decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Passionate about creating great user experiences and solving customer problems. Experience with user research and usability testing.
