Michael Howell is a private equity investor, with an exceptional leadership track-record. He is a serial entrepreneur and operator having founded, developed, and successfully IPO’d and exited multiple companies. He has served as chief executive officer on the boards of various public and private companies, universities, and charitable foundations. He started his career in public accounting at Deloitte. A world class triathlete and Iron Man, he is based in Phoenix, Arizona.
Carnegie Mellon University Professor of Computer Science, Satya is a renowned experimental computer scientist, a founding pioneer in edge computing, mobile computing, pervasive computing, and the IoT. He is an Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) and Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) fellow. The ‘father of edge computing’, his multi-decade research career has focused on the challenges of performance, scalability, availability, and trust in information systems that reach from the cloud to the mobile edge of the Internet.
Leading AI, machine learning and predictive analytics scholar, Irad is full professor and head of the AI and Business Analytics Lab at Tel Aviv University, and visiting professor at Stanford University. He is the author of 4 books and more than 100 scientific papers, has been awarded multiple patents, and earned numerous awards for his work. He is the co-founder and chairman of CB4 (“See Before”), a predictive analytics startup backed by Sequoia Capital.
An accomplished strategy and business development leader, Pieter previously served as a senior executive at Vodafone, and at Microsoft, where he was as one of the company’s top 25 executives. As president of Microsoft Asia, he led the company’s efforts in opening and expanding in Asian markets. He served as visiting professor of innovation at Cambridge University, and has chaired or sat on numerous public and private boards and has presided over multiple exits.
Leadership
Specialized in AI, Robert is a serial entrepreneur, former venture capitalist, investment banker, public-company CEO, and nearly 10-year Microsoft alum. As the founding Silicon Valley partner at DTCP, a $2.5 billion investment firm, he led AI and edge computing while co-heading T-Venture with over $900 million in AUM. He was CEO of Artilium, listed on the London Stock Exchange, growing its market cap to over $500 million. At Microsoft, he spent almost a decade in leadership roles, serving most recently as a director on the M&A team. He has co-founded 4 startups and led a turnaround, resulting in 2 IPOs and 3 M&A exits. His business books, The Fifth Wave (on AI-powered investment) and Collective Knowledge (on knowledge management), inform the ALPHA10X thesis. Robert is driven by big ideas, and dreamers who dare to change the world—and sometimes do.

Didier is a highly accomplished leader in data science, AI, and machine learning, known for his technical expertise and strategic vision. With a PhD in Optimization and Operational Research, his career focuses on using data to solve complex business problems and drive growth. He gained experience at companies like Accenture and TeraData before leading the Global Data Science practice at QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey, where he expanded the team to over 200 AI specialists. As Chief Data and AI Officer at FTSE250 Telecom Plus PLC, he led a successful data strategy that doubled the company's customer base and turnover. He later founded Alpha Matica, an AI consulting firm, and co-founded rollcage.ai, an AI compliance software company.
Kiran Faruqi is an accomplished CFO with a proven track-record of providing strategic financial leadership in high-growth ventures. Kiran develops engines that drive expansion while creating sustainable long-term business value. She was instrumental in transforming Daraz from an idea into South Asia’s leading e-commerce platform, culminating in its successful acquisition by the Alibaba Group. A Chartered Accountant by training, she served as Head of Finance at Rocket Internet, the iconic venture building firm known for replicating – and exiting – successful US startups. Kiran began her career at PWC and held senior finance and audit leadership positions at Philip Morris, and Sun Life. Based in Dubai, she has extensive international experience, in both developed and emerging markets.
Formerly KPMG Pierre holds advanced master's degrees in technology and management from two of France's prestigious 'grandes écoles' - CentraleSupélec and NEOMA Business School. Pierre joined ALPHA10X over five years ago as the company’s first employee, initially serving as Chief of Staff. Developing a deep expertise of the product, Pierre transitioned into product leadership. As Chief of Product, Pierre leverages his multifaceted background to drive innovation guide product strategy, and ensure that the company's offerings continue to outperform market expectations.

Saigokul Kannan is an accomplished investment strategy professional with extensive expertise in financial modeling, portfolio management, and corporate finance. At Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Dubai, he led high-stakes projects across the GCC, including developing financial models for a $250B+ destination city and analyzing investment strategies for 50+ assets valued at over $30B. He also played a key role in designing an intellectual property allocation strategy for a multi-billion-dollar theme park resort in the region. As the Founder and CEO of Fashant, he pioneered UAE's first clicks-to-bricks marketplace, significantly enhancing shopping efficiency for thousands of users. Saigokul holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech. Based in Dubai, he combines a strong international background with a passion for driving growth and innovation in emerging markets.

Leigh is a communications leader with over a decade of experience driving impactful strategies for tech and fintech businesses, holding an MSc in Applied Neuroscience from Kings College London and Diploma in Financial Planning from the Chartered Insurance Institute. At ALPHA10X, Leigh leads on all MarComms and investor relations initiatives. Previously, Leigh held key positions at Vauxhall Motors and LendInvest, most recently as Director of Communications, where she played a crucial role in the company's IPO and listing on the London Stock Exchange. In 2023, Leigh founded Semble, a community platform that brings together professionals within the finance space to create an ecosystem of expertise. A recipient of the Women in Fintech Powerlist award in both 2022 and 2023, Leigh is widely recognised for her contributions to the sector.
