The Head of People at ALPHA10X is a dynamic and multi-faceted position at the intersection of HR strategy, talent development, and culture building. This role offers the opportunity to shape the company’s future by designing scalable processes for hiring, developing, and retaining a world-class team. You’ll also be the driver of employee engagement and organizational growth.
As the Head of People, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and nurturing the people infrastructure that supports this mission. This role blends strategic HR leadership with a people-first approach to ensure we attract, engage, and retain the best talent in the industry.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Design and execute a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with ALPHA10X’s business objectives and culture. Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing insights on organizational design, workforce planning and talent management. Develop and implement scalable HR policies and processes to support business growth.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Lead global recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent, ensuring diverse and inclusive hiring practices. Design robust role development and career path frameworks to support employee growth and retention. Build and implement learning and development programs to foster skills enhancement and leadership development.
- Performance Management: Champion performance management systems, including regular performance reviews, feedback cycles, and growth planning. Drive initiatives to create clarity around goals, expectations, and performance metrics. Ensure alignment of individual, team, and company objectives to drive overall success.
- Culture and Employee Engagement: Cultivate a workplace culture that reflects ALPHA10X’s mission, values, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, fostering a positive and connected work environment. Celebrate achievements and build a sense of community through innovative recognition programs and team-building activities.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee core HR operations, including payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations, ensuring efficiency and scalability. Implement HRIS systems and leverage people analytics to guide decision-making and track key HR metrics. Manage compensation, benefits strategies, and ESOP frameworks to remain competitive in the market.
- People Advocacy: Act as an advocate for employees, fostering open communication and psychological safety. Provide resources to resolve conflicts, support employee well-being, and promote mental health initiatives.

What we are looking for:
- A seasoned HR professional with 5+ years of experience in strategic HR leadership, organizational development, or people operations.
- A proven leader in fast-paced, high-growth environments, preferably within startups or tech companies.
- Passionate about creating people-first strategies and fostering a high-performance culture.
- An excellent communicator, able to inspire trust and build meaningful relationships across the organization.
- Analytical and strategic, with the ability to make data-driven decisions to solve people challenges.
- Highly adaptable and skilled at balancing high-level planning with hands-on execution.
- A demonstrated ability to design and implement HR strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Experience in creating role development frameworks and clear career paths for employees.
- Expertise in performance management systems, including review cycles and growth planning.
- Knowledge of modern HR technologies and tools to drive efficiency and scale.
- Experience managing global teams and understanding cross-cultural workplace dynamics.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements and employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
