Dr. Issam Ibnouhsein

Issam brings over a decade of expertise in AI and machine learning, specializing in robust, transparent, and scalable systems. Holding a Ph.D. in Quantum Physics and Computing from CEA, his work has been featured in leading scientific publications, blending academic rigor with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive innovation and real-world impact. A proven leader in high-performance AI teams, Issam has delivered research-driven, scalable solutions to complex challenges. Most recently, he served as Head of Data and Artificial Intelligence at Implicity. Prior to that, he was Senior Data Scientist and later Director of Research & Innovation at Capgemini’s Quantmetry business unit.
